TEACHING REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree (any subject).
- Native-level English + at least 12 years of education where the language of instruction was English.
- Professional, flexible, cheerful team player.
- Valid driver’s license in your home country and willingness to drive in Japan (most placements).
- No visible tattoos/body modifications when wearing a T-shirt and athletic shorts (no hand/neck/face tattoos).
- Japanese ability not required; visa sponsorship available; overseas applicants welcome.
TYPICAL DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Teach at public elementary, junior high, and senior high schools; share your culture and support communicative English lessons.
- Follow the school’s curriculum; collaborate with Japanese teachers of English.
- Participate in school life (events, meetings) and community
REMUNERATION PACKAGE
- Annual Salary: ¥2,400,000 – ¥3,000,000
- Compensation Structure: Flat-rate salary with no reductions during the August and December school holidays.
- Initial Training: Paid, comprehensive orientation before placement.
- Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, regular school hours (8 hours per day); evenings, weekends, and school holidays off.
- Annual paid holiday
- Visa Sponsorship: Yes (overseas applicants accepted).
