New Taipei Private Public School: Homeroom Grade 5 Teacher - Up to NT95,000 per month

Are you a certified public school teacher looking for a position at an excellent school in Taipei?

Reach To Teach is partnered with a number of excellent public schools and private schools in Taipei. We're looking for passionate and experienced teachers with formal teaching experience. Your job will be to increase students' interests and motivations in studying English by providing fun and engaging lessons and activities for your classroom. 

Position: Certified Homeroom English Language Arts Teacher for Grade 5

TEACHING REQUIREMENTS:

  • Certified teacher in your home country or this school will consider teachers with a minimum of one year of formal teaching experience (TEFL teachers are eligible for this position IF they have the right requirements with at least one year of formal teaching experience.)
  • Valid Public School Teaching Certification or Sub Teaching license
  • Clear National Background Check from your home country (Australia, Canada, New Zealand, South Africa, the UK and the US) 
  • Full university degree
  • Clean health check (completed in Taiwan) 

REMUNERATION PACKAGE

  1. MONTHLY SALARY: NT$95,000 per month (which includes perks below)
  2. MONTHLY HOUSING STIPEND
  3. FLIGHT SUBSIDY: One or two way ticket depending on price of tickets. Paid at the end of your contract
  4. BONUSES: Attendance bonus and performance incentives
  5. PAID VACATION: 8 weeks off each year (Three weeks off during winter vacation plus teachers are not required to teach in July!) PLUS National Holidays 
  6. OPTION TO EARN MORE: Teachers get additional pay if they teach in winter or July.
  7. SICK LEAVE: 12 days per year (half-day pay with doctor's note)
  8. RE-SIGNING BONUS
  9. This school offers room for salary growth
 Teaching hours: Monday to Friday from 7:30am- 4:30pm
